I'M BACK!Bought quite an amount of stuff under a RM500 budget. THANKS DAD! And the amazing thing was, there was a REMAINING of at least RM40! This goes to show that i didn't 'maximize' the resources given. LOL. Crap huh. Alright, will be back with lots more of pictures from KL. Here's to let you have a little peek-a-boo to what i've bought. The new year is here once again. I've yet to come up with my new year resolutions. Have you? SHE: "How old are you?"ME: "I'm 18."SHE: "Oooo... Young and dangerous..."So i guess 18 is the prime age where we're prone to doing 'dangerous' stuff? Haha. It's also up to your imagination and how you would define dangerous. Work was fine today, just that initially it was absolutely shit. Totally lack of manpower and the blur (first day ma) me didn't know what to do. Macham throw me to die there. What i could do was just to clear plates and pour and refill their ice water. Orders?THEM: "2 plates of chicken rice please." (people high class coffee shop guests can...)ME: *rushing to write down the orders on my palm.Reason for doing so? Cause i didn't have order chit with me and the experienced staff are like gone. Seriously! Nowhere to be found. Luckily when there're more guests, the lao jiaos began to appear like suddenly. And the different stations/pantries SMELT LIKE SHIT! STINKS TO THE CORE! Luckily today is my last day, phew... There's a colleague who asked whether i am 16 years old. I'm like shocked la! I know i look young and lots of people say that i look around that age. (think people are starting to puke already.) And there's also a colleague who said that i looked Malaysian. Doubly shocked. Luckily you didn't say C____, else you will serve people with a blue-blacked eye.Now preparing my clothing and packing my stuff for trip to KL tml, coach-ing there. So have to wake up at 5am. 5AM FOR GOODNESS SAKE! I'll be back by MONDAY night.DON'T MISS ME! ;p Labels: age

MERRY CHRISTMASWork was rather more relaxing today, with only 30+ orders to be taken. This day was also one of my most embarrassing day ever. VANESSA (my manager) asked me to bring a basket packed of christmas goodies and walk down Orchard Road to sell, IN MY UNIFORM which was like a red checked vest with black pants and long sleeve and formal shoes. The worst thing was that i was alone with no one else to accompany me, to share to embarrassment. Haha. I was so afraid to see someone i know. Everyone looked at my direction but none wanted to buy. NONE! I walked from the lobby to DFS, then to Wheelock and then to Tanglin Mall. However there were a few who came up to me to enquire about the price, which was rather steep. 5 bucks for a cinamnon cookie or a gingerbread man. Of course there were more goodies beside that but that was the cheapest. Well, it's from Orchard Hotel afterall. After work, i took a 1kg Chocolate Hazelnut Logcake back home. Think no one went to pick it up or what that's why i could take it back. Haha. It tasted not bad, but the inner part was damn creamy. EERKS! MERRY CHRISTMAS!  X'mas gift from VANESSA. Thanks! CHRISTMAS EVE
Nothing much actually, really. Seems like this year Christmas for me it's going to be a quiet one. No major plans going on, no plans actually. Waiting for people to jio me. Haha. DATE ME PEOPLE! I LOVE DATES! (now my mum is sleeping on the couch beside me, holding her handphone smsing her friends with head swaying to the left. Think my sleeping-in-bus saga problem is also by hereditary.) Ok, i am being baddd. LOL.
Back on track, yes i'm working today too and it was slightly better than yesterday. Cause i kinda gotten the momentum already and today we have 120+ orders. Logcakes, Turkey, Honey Baked Ham and what not... Nearing the night, there was a group of Catholics draped in green and red clothing and started singing Christmas carols. Not illegal of course. And then there were a few little girls in white angelic uniform with a blue neon light above their head. HOW COOL IS THAT?! One of them entered our Goodies House and gave me sweet. Awww, so sweet. Haha. The Santa Claus, who was present too of course, was actually one of the hotel staff as told by my colleague. He's actually the pianist.
Christmas eve isn't that bad afterall with the atmosphere created in the hotel lobby!
Last SUNDAY went out with WEI SHAN and YVONNE for a retail therapy. Actually it was more of a NUM therapy. Haha. In the end, what i wanted was available so i gotten myself a Christmas edition tee and WEI SHAN gotten herself a "I LOVE SAILORS" tee. Quite cool!

FIRST DAY AT WORK
What i can say is that i'm totally blur of what i'm supposed to do today. I only knew how to handle customers face-face and how to send stuff to destination A to B to C and etc. But handling phone calls for logcake & other christmas goodies orders was horrendous. Afterall it's my first day at work. When i quit on this FRIDAY i swear that i'll never look back at the hotel, Orchard Hotel. THE HOTEL IT'S LIKE SO HORRIBLE + TERRIBLE CAN!!! Far worse than Pan Pacific Hotel which i previously worked in.
Sent delivery with the driver today to a customer staying in Upper Changi area who ordered 20 logcakes. Madness right? But then alright la, it's Christmas! Along the way to and fro from the hotel, he spoke alot of reasons about life issues and stuff. I just "orh, hmmm, yea, true true" and etc. Not being mean to him or what, it's just that i'm abit tired bah. But i did say my part as well to reply what he has said. His son studying law in London and daughter earning quite a bit. Don't play play lor... But he's quite nice, took me to an eatery which is quite ulu(near Joo Chiat) for a very nice meal of Wan Ton Mee, in my black long sleeve shirt and pants and formal shoes. Quite weird to be in sucha place huh... It's like wearing singlet to a 5 stars restaurant. When i was back at the hotel, starting it was quite boring but afterwards it was busy like hell.
Ok enough of work stuff, and it's PARTY issues! Last FRIDAY went Zouk/Phuture with usual clubbing people with additional friends whom are foreign to me but got to know them better now. Saw 2 of my primary school friends, YING MAE and XUAN HAO, and 2 celebrities, LEE TENG and PAUL TWOHILL. The latter was like dancing beside us only. Haha. Someone said BEN YEO was there too but i didn't see him. Well... Let the pictures talk!

 I had to be very careful when getting close to her.  Zouk has this for washing hands outside of the toilet. COOL SHIT RIGHT?! I think i must be damn sua ku.
GOOD MORNING READERS! Ohh yea, i've decided to FINALLY clear up my Facebook account. Have been left dusty for like at least 6 months without even logging in at all? So these are the consequences...
